These terms and conditions apply from the date of you agree\register to use serv ices or our website, until the date these term and condition terminate.

THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE AND SERVICES

By using Websiteexpertz services you are giving us a permission to perform a range of task which includes research, analysis, design, creative, media placement, managing and updating listing and posting etc which may include third party sources or software time to time. We might use some third party software required to update the software or security and it will be done on client expense. We do not provide any warranty or liability for any third party software or website script or service that are including in the website.

COPYRIGHT

CHANGE REQUEST PROCEDURE

Websiteexpertz will complete the project as per specifications outlines in the quote or proposal. Changes to the specification during the project are requested via e-mail only to us at earliest within 7 days. Further changes may apply charges depending on the nature of change.

PAYMENT

The payment term and condition will be set out in the sale order. If any service uses an upfront payment model, you may be charge the entire amount for the service in advance.

The first payment will be charged at the time or order and rest will decide as per the project, however we will charge complete payment before the handover of project.

As per you package your website concept can be revised upto 3 times if necessary within 7 days of signing the contract. If any further revision are required, it will apply a charge.

Once the design or concept is approved and changes will apply a charge depending on the changes.

SUPPORT

Websiteexpertz provide 30 days support post complication of project and further changes may apply charges depending on the nature of changes.

SUSPENSION REQUEST

You may request one or more services which you are purchasing to suspended for a limited period and restart without recurring any additional charges. All such request are subject to the prior written approval, and we reserve the right to agree on such changes. After the agreed period it may apply some charges, which will be explain at that time only.

CANCELLATION FEE

1. MARKETING CAMPAIGNS : If you cancel any marketing campaigns within 3 days of signing a contract , there will be charges involve .

2. WEBSITE : In case you cancel your website services after 3 days of signing a contact , there will be charge applied.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Website design is a collaborative effort. As a client you are committing to provide our request of information (content, pricing, logo, images etc.) required for website on client expense. Timely supply of information helps us to work more effectively and complete the project on time.

Websiteexpertz as a company are authorized to make decisions relating to website.

A discreet ‘website designed by Websiteexpertz’ message will be placed in the footer of the website. We may choose your website to showcase as our work in our portfolio.

Website will be fully mobile responsive and will function correctly in all android phone, android tablets, I phone and I pads.

All photographs and images for the website are to be supplied by client at client expenses. We are not responsible for your GOOGLE positioning; this is a separate field from web design, called search engine optimization (SEO), if you need any help you can contact our sales team.

Social media marketing is also not a part of website design you can contact our sales team.

Colors may differ from computer to computer, bases on individual visitor color and monitor setting and likewise, color may appear different in different mobile devise.

Fonts may appear different from browser to browser, depending upon the setting of the browser.
